Vendor FAQs
1. How can I become a vendor with JC Shows?
To secure a vendor table, visit our Vendor Registration page and fill out the application form. Tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to get yours early!
2. How much does a vendor table cost?
Table prices vary depending on the event. Please check our Event ticket page for price breakdown and availability. 3 month contracts are available at a reduced prepaid rate.
3. What types of items can I sell?
We welcome vendors selling:
Trading card games (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Etc.)
Sports cards and memorabilia
Sealed card packs and boxes
Graded and autographed collectibles
Other related hobby items
If you're unsure whether your products qualify, feel free to reach out for approval. We enjoy a variety!
4. Can I request a specific table location?
We do our best to accommodate location requests, but assignments are made based on availability and the order of reservations. Early registration gives you the best chance to choose a preferred spot.
5. What time is vendor setup?
Vendors typically have access to the venue 1 hour before the show starts for setup. Exact setup times will be provided in your confirmation email before the event.
6. Is this event indoors?
ALL our events are indoors in order to keep merchandise safe and out of the weather.
7. Are there any rules for vendors?
Yes, all vendors must adhere to the following guidelines:
No selling counterfeit or unauthorized merchandise.
Prices should be clearly displayed.
Vendors must be in process of setting up by show start and remain set up for the duration of the show.
Keep your space tidy and professional. Trash cans are provided. Please use them.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
8. Will tables and chairs be provided?
Yes, each vendor table includes 1 chairs. Additional chairs and space may be available upon request.
9. Can I bring my own display setup?
Yes! We encourge vendors to bring display cases, shelves, or signage as long as they fit within the assigned space and do not obstruct other vendors.
